Busted Tees a Shopping Experience

I looked into my closet one day and I saw that I had no shirts beyond my impressive collection of Studio City Day Camp t-shirts. Solution: buy new shirts. I have bought from threadless before but just didn't like the quality of their shirts. My girlfriend bought me a shirt from bustedtees before and I loved the cut and the quality (American Apparel shirt).
Logged onto to bustedtees> and purchased a group of 4 shirts. I got an email a day later from Caroline at bustedtees saying that they didn't have 2 of my 4 shirts in stock anymore and I could pick from any 2 shirts no matter the cost to replace or simply cancel the two shirts that were no longer in stock.
If you have been a regular reader of austins-web (Tom, Denise, anyone else?), they will realize I love Jake & Amir and busted tees has a Jake & Amir shirt. Knowing that busted tees and collegehumor (home of Jake and Amir) were the same company, I asked Caroline if I could get the jake and amir shirt and have the two sign the shirt. To my surprise she was more than happy to fill my request. Not only did she get my shirt signed but the order was filled with some collegehumor ping pong balls and a sticker or two.
Moral of the story: Bustedtees knows customer support. They went above and beyond to fill my order and my crazy requests. Caroline from bustedtees deserves a raise.
